– Can I really download any resource after becoming a member?
Absolutely yes! Premium members get access to all our resources*. We’re creating hundreds of new resources and adding them every week, and you get access to all of them too! *For security reasons, we have capped the number of downloads to 100 templates per month.
– What are the payment options?
For the moment, we accept payments from Stripe, which is the safest way to pay and get paid online. We don’t capture any of your credit card details.
– How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, if you have used PayPal Here is the process: enter your PayPal account, go to My Account > Profile > Recurring Payment Dashboard. Here you can cancel SlideKit subscription. If you have used Stripe here is the process just login to your slidekit.com dashboard and click cancel subscription in the payment history page.
– What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel any time, cancellation will allow access until the end of current subscription and won’t charge you again.
– I’m not satisfied by your resources. Can I have my money back?
Yes. Membership subscriptions are refundable only within the first week and only if you have downloaded less than 5 packs. You are not allowed to use the downloaded resources for your commercial projects if this action had been taken. Refund policy is only valid within the first week of purchase. You need to cancel your subscription via PayPal, contact us including your PayPal receipt number, your PayPal email address and the date of purchase and we will refund your money.
– Can I hire your team for some freelance customization work?
Yes, you can! You can contact us to tell us about your project. We will estimate and give you a quote.
